Aetna Takes a Business First Approach to Healthcare AI<\/strong><\/a>

The payer says AI currently approves about 82 percent of straightforward prior authorization requests in real time, while more complex cases go to human reviewers, according to xtelligent Healthcare Payers.<\/a><\/p>\n
