Kurt Garbe

Kurt is a seasoned executive and has deep experience in building companies that leverage brand and technology. Kurt was a Vice President at Arvato Digital Services LLC, a division of Bertelsman. Kurt served as the Chief Executive Officer of LicenseStream. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of SolutionSet, Inc. and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Adobe. In addition, Kurt served as the Chief Executive Officer of Movaris, Inc. and served as an Executive Vice President for Field Operations of USWeb Corporation. Kurt has also had consulting experience at Booz Allen and Hamilton and at Gemini Consulting where he was a Vice President. Kurt holds an MBA with distinction from the Wharton Business School, a M.Eng. from Cornell and an BSEE from Clarkson University.
Ken Barbe
Vice President of Professional Services / Security Officer
Ken Barbe is the Vice President of Professional Services/Security Officer at IMAT Solutions. Ken is a software executive with a successful career spanning 30 years as an expert in professional services, management, business planning, systems development, business applications and data center operations. He has more than 15 years of experience in delivering secured clinical and healthcare solutions throughout North America. Ken is responsible for client services, customer support and the security programs at IMAT Solutions.
Mark Coetzer
Vice President Business Development
Mark has more than 30 years of technology-related experience working in a variety of Fortune 100 industries. The past 10 years have been dedicated to the healthcare industry. He has a fundamental understanding of the requirements and challenges associated with the industry’s shift to Clinical Data Integration (CDI). Mark’s passion is taking a consultative sales-business development approach to partner with clients and deliver a positive experience in their transition to digital clinical data. Previously, he managed the interoperability and onboarding of clinical data for delivery via a data as a service (DaaS) offering for payers. Mark also led the data operations and technical services team at a Biopharmaceutical Solutions Organization with a focus on operational support functions related to clinical trials and BI analytical reporting. He also spent time in the Public Health sector with a focus on State Health Information Exchange operations. Mark received a BSc from the University of Witwatersrand and Project Management credentials from George Washington University.
