IMAT Solutions is led by a team of seasoned professionals with deep expertise in healthcare data management, quality improvement, and health IT solutions. Our leadership brings a proven track record in project management, product development, and client relations across healthcare sectors. With a commitment to fostering innovation, inclusivity, and data-driven outcomes, the IMAT Solutions management team ensures that our cutting-edge platform meets the evolving needs of healthcare providers, payers, and government organizations, driving better health outcomes and operational efficiency.

Kurt Garbe

Chief Executive Officer

Kurt is a seasoned executive and has deep experience in building companies that leverage brand and technology. Kurt was a Vice President at Arvato Digital Services LLC, a division of Bertelsman. Kurt served as the Chief Executive Officer of LicenseStream. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of SolutionSet, Inc. and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Adobe. In addition, Kurt served as the Chief Executive Officer of Movaris, Inc. and served as an Executive Vice President for Field Operations of USWeb Corporation. Kurt has also had consulting experience at Booz Allen and Hamilton and at Gemini Consulting where he was a Vice President. Kurt holds an MBA with distinction from the Wharton Business School, a M.Eng. from Cornell and an BSEE from Clarkson University.

Mark Coetzer

Vice President Business Development

Mark has more than 30 years of technology-related experience working in a variety of Fortune 100 industries. The past 10 years have been dedicated to the healthcare industry. He has a fundamental understanding of the requirements and challenges associated with the industry’s shift to Clinical Data Integration (CDI). Mark’s passion is taking a consultative sales-business development approach to partner with clients and deliver a positive experience in their transition to digital clinical data. Previously, he managed the interoperability and onboarding of clinical data for delivery via a data as a service (DaaS) offering for payers. Mark also led the data operations and technical services team at a  Biopharmaceutical Solutions Organization with a focus on operational support functions related to clinical trials and BI analytical reporting. He also spent time in the Public Health sector with a focus on State Health Information Exchange operations. Mark received a BSc from the University of Witwatersrand and Project Management credentials from George Washington University.

Anthony Benitez

AVP Sales, Payer Solutions

Anthony has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare vendor space, providing solutions to payers, providers, hospitals and health systems, third party administrators (TPA), and large employer groups. He has a passion for building relationships, understanding the issues in the market, and collaborating on solutions. In his role of AVP, Sales, Anthony’s experience and passion are helping to significantly expand IMAT’s client partner relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Prior to IMAT, Anthony held positions at Availity (by way of Diameter Health), Clarify Health, Healthx/Zipari, and Carenet Healthcare, with a strong background in business development and sales.

Dan Trejo

AVP Sales

Dan has spent the last 15 years in the healthcare industry, primarily working with Health Plans, while also consulting with Providers, TPAs, and PBMs. Driven by a passion to make a meaningful impact, he has pursued roles with organizations focused on improving the health of individual members. Dan has collaborated with large national organizations, multiple Blues plans, and regional players across the country, working within the Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid sectors. As an AVP of Sales at IMAT Solutions, Dan is leveraging his outstanding relationship-building skills and vast network to propel the organization to new levels of success. His previous roles in sales include positions at Carenet Health, Clarify Health, and Cedar Gate Technologies. Before that, Dan served in the United States Air Force and was an entrepreneur and business owner for nearly a decade. He and his wife currently reside on North Padre Island, TX, enjoying the island life as empty nesters.

Alex Tomei

AVP Sales

Alex brings over 10 years of experience in Healthcare Clinical Data Exchange to IMAT Solutions, specializing in delivering clean, current, and actionable data solutions to payers. As AVP of Sales, he is committed to fostering growth in IMAT’s payer partnerships by identifying emerging challenges in clinical data integration and emphasizing the importance of real-time, high-quality data. With prior roles at Health Gorilla, 1up Health, and Hines & Associates, Alex’s passion for building lasting relationships and driving healthcare innovation is at the forefront of his work at IMAT Solutions.

Matt Davis

VP Engineering

With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Mathew Davis has held various roles, including engineer, team lead, and product lead. As VP of Engineering at IMAT Solutions, Matt collaborates with sales, deployment, support, and IT teams to oversee the complete software lifecycle. He has successfully built teams at companies like Symantec, Elastic, and Basecamp Ops. For the past 13 years, Matt has focused on healthcare technology, recognized for his ability to identify top talent and drive growth by assembling high-performing teams.

Tricia Stewart

VP Professional Services

Tricia is a seasoned professional in healthcare data analytics, with extensive experience in patient quality improvement, CMS, and HEDIS measure validation. She has guided clients through achieving certifications, including Data Aggregator Validation (DAV), NCQA, and ONC certification. With a strong background in both agile and waterfall methodologies, she excels in project management and product development. Tricia is a dedicated leader, known for fostering inclusive team environments, building lasting client relationships, and driving product roadmaps to meet market expansion and government contract requirements.
